We're not looking for a “task executor” programmer – we want a mid-level full-stack developer who understands business context, thinks independently, and takes pride in solutions that don't just work, but are well-thought-out, clean, and scalable for the long term. We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems across the full stack, and values structured, smooth, and predictable daily development supported by AI tools.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing web and internal applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Designing, building, and integrating APIs
• Database design and optimization (SQL / NoSQL)
• Developing and continuously refining UI components
• Consistent use of code quality practices, version control, and release processes
• Collaborating with designers, PMs, AI developers, and business stakeholders
• Participating in architectural decisions and shaping technology direction
• (Optional) Leading internal mini-workshops and knowledge sharing sessions for the team
• (Optional) Technical presentations and professional appearances at meetups or client meetings

Who We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a full-stack developer role
• Confident knowledge in at least one modern frontend framework (React / Vue / Angular)
• Solid experience with Node.js, Python, or other backend technologies
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Strong foundation in building REST/GraphQL APIs
• Writing structured, clean, testable code
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Confident presence, able to deliver internal presentations or technical talks
• Comfortable using AI tools (code generation, refactoring, documentation acceleration)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in product development or agency environments
• Built scalable architectures or microservice-based systems
• Experience in DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure)

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining our AI-based products and backend systems
• Designing and implementing APIs (FastAPI, Django REST)
• Creating database structures and architectures (PostgreSQL, ORMs)
• Database design and optimization (SQL / NoSQL)
• System design with consideration for scalability and security
• Developing integrations with AI models, LLMs, and MLOps pipelines
• Collaborating with the data science and AI development team
• Supporting code reviews, CI/CD processes, and automated testing

Who We're Looking For

• At least 5+ years of experience in Python development
• Proficient in FastAPI or Django frameworks
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases and ORMs
• You can and enjoy thinking in systems, designing architectures
• Experience in the following areas is a plus: ML / LLM integrations, MLOps, GCP, and Docker
• You work independently, are proactive, and quality matters to you

About Us

We're not looking for a “model-runner” data scientist – we want an AI/ML Engineer who understands business problems, designs end-to-end ML systems, and takes pride in models that don't just perform well in notebooks, but deliver real value in production.

Your Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing machine learning models for real-world business problems
• Building end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment
• Developing and optimizing predictive models (classification, regression, time series forecasting)
• Setting up MLOps infrastructure for model training, versioning, and monitoring
• Collaborating with backend developers to integrate models into production systems
• Conducting experiments and A/B tests to validate model performance
• Staying current with ML/AI research and evaluating new techniques for business applications
• Documenting models, pipelines, and architectural decisions

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
• Strong Python skills with experience in ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling and evaluation metrics
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for ML workloads
• Comfortable working with SQL databases and data pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Clear communication skills – able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision or NLP projects

About Us

Your Responsibilities

• Designing and building LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models
• Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with vector databases
• Developing AI agents and multi-step reasoning workflows
• Crafting and optimizing prompts for reliability, accuracy, and cost-efficiency
• Building evaluation frameworks to measure and improve LLM outputs
• Integrating LLMs with existing systems via APIs and function calling
• Implementing guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI practices
• Staying current with rapidly evolving LLM landscape and best practices

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience working with LLMs in production environments
• Strong Python skills and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector)
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques and their trade-offs
• Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or similar LLM providers
• Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval techniques
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to debug non-deterministic systems
• Good communication skills – able to explain AI capabilities and limitations to stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning or RLHF
• Background in NLP or computational linguistics
• Experience building chatbots or conversational AI systems
• Familiarity with model serving and optimization (quantization, caching strategies)
